Before becoming a therapist, I began my career as a musician, where I discovered the power of connection and earned a degree in music therapy. That path led me to pursue a master’s in mental health counseling, and I’ve since worked in settings ranging from family crisis intervention to elder care. With over 15 years of experience, my work is informed by neurodivergent-affirming tools, trauma-informed techniques, and mindfulness-based approaches.
This background has shaped a grounded, down-to-earth style. I take a holistic view of each person—exploring not only what brings you to therapy, but also your strengths, interests, and relationships. I see therapy as collaborative, and we’ll check in along the way to make sure the work feels supportive and meaningful. I tailor each session to you, building on your strengths while helping you develop practical tools for lasting change.
